🔹 Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless Central Beauty made an error with the order, such as sending the wrong item.

🔹 If you need a different size, color, or variation, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

🔹 Returned items will be processed within 10 business days after receipt.

🔹 If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

🔹 Include clear photos showing the issue.

🔹 We will resolve the situation promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

To ensure fairness and quality control, the following items are not eligible for return:

🔹 Promotional or discounted items, unless the wrong item was sent.
